Penghinaan Raja Melayu : Masih wujudkah Hang Tuah?

May 18, 2008 by admin

Lagenda Hang Tuah rela menusukkan keris taming sari kebadan teman setianya Hang Jebat, terus menjadi epik yang paling hebat didalam sejarah Melayu.

    Slm :D

As a humble servant of Allah s.w.t and a rakyat I was compelled to share a few things that was on my mind regarding the article. Mr Admin hopes that the rakyat would stand up against those who have insulted our beloved Royal Highness. A noble cause indeed if I might say so myself and appreciate the stand and effort taken by Mr Admin. I am all for actions to be taken against ALL traitors amongst us who have acted perniciously and repulsively towards our beloved Royal Monarchs. Lets we forget it is stated in our constitution “Loyalty to King and country”.

However I do understand if Mr. Admin might’ve left out a few things, whether intentionally or not, as we are all humble servants of Allah s.w.t. and could not separate ourselves from making mistakes. Apart what have been shared by the rest of our friends through their comments I would like to contribute a few more facts to refresh everyone’s memory.

If anyone would’ve done some research, one would find out that incidences involving the royal monarchs, a certain political party and the common rakyat, are nothing new. Some are of close resemblance to what happened previously after the general election.

Such incidences occurred during 1977 in Kelantan and in Perak, 1978 in Pahang, and 1981 in Johor. How can we forget that as recent as 1982 and 1983 when the state of Perak and Johor celebrated Aidil Fitri a day earlier from the rest of the nation because of certain conflict of principles between the monarch and a certain political party and the incidences that occurred in 1983 which lead to the crisis that was pointed out by our friends countless of times.

I would like to add that if the particular bill of law was passed, the full legal implications of removing the need for Royal Assent to legislation, it means that if Parliament voted to abolish the monarchy, the Rulers would be powerless to stop them. I’m sure all of you are well verse in our own History and I’m sure all of you know who and what political party that were involved as well.

As Muslims there are ways of doing things properly. The prophet Muhammad s.a.w said, “Whosoever wishes to advise the ruler concerning a matter, then let him not do it openly. Rather, he should take him by the hand and take him into seclusion. So if he accepts his advice, then he has achieved his objective, and if he does not accept from him, then he has still conveyed that which was a duty upon him.”

Mr. Admin you can ask yourself honestly who are the traitors against our beloved Kings and Queens? Perhaps you’ve forgotten to include those in your article out of sheer mistake. I am positive that if you would’ve included those incidences in your article then there will be more who will follow in your footsteps Mr. Admin.
Back to your article Mr. Admin, it would be best if you would’ve mentioned the incidences that happened after the GE in the state of Perlis and Terengganu and your take or opinions on the issues as well. You can use that as a reference point to what you’re discussing in your article.

There are a lot of similarities among all there incidences but with one major significance which I will try to elaborate at the end. The key elements are the Royal Monarchs, the constitution, and the common rakyat. If you believe that it is or was a technical issue or something that has to do with the constitution than treat all incidences accordingly. If you believe that it was an issue of disloyalty, disrespect or treachery then by right, you should treat all incidences just the same.

As a Muslim I am ashamed and outrage Mr. Admin that those traitors with banners “Kami nak idris natang” which were blatantly displayed all over the state that was meant for His Royal Highness YDP Agong (Daulat Tuanku) have yet to be apprehended and brought to justice. Lets not foget that His Royal Highness YDP Agong (Daulat Tuanku) is also the head of Islam and for these traitors to address the head of Islam as animals is beyond words and only curses and disgust could portray how a Muslim as myself and the rest of the rakyat felt.

I would like to encourage you Mr. Admin and the rest of our fellow Muslims to bring these traitors to justice and stop at nothing along the way in achieving our goals and with Allah s.w.t blessings insyallah.

You can asked yourself Mr. Admin how long does it take to bring those traitors to justice when police reports were made and evidences were all over the media. And you can ask yourself which would be worse, to address our beloved DYMM YDP Agong (Daulat Tuanku), the head of Islam, as an animal or to question DYMM Sultan Azlan Shah’s (Daulat Tuanku) jurisdiction over civil servants? :|

Mr. Admin, if the authorities lead by example, consistent and take actions against those traitors regardless of creed and color, then more will join your cause Mr. Admin. It is relevant to look at our history as guidelines or reference as to what would be the appropriate course of action/s to be taken since this is not the 1st time that such incidences occur. So it is of utmost importance that we look back at history and reflect on actions that were taken against those who have committed such crimes so that we could impose the same course of actions against offenders according to the law. Islam demands fairness and impartiality when it comes to judging others. Allah s.w.t says, “And when you speak, then be just, though it be (against) a relative.” [Al-An`âm: 15]

How am I as a Muslim to follow your footsteps Mr Admin, knowing that there are other incidences that go unpunished? How am I as Muslim to convince myself that my actions will be fair and just knowing there are those culprits roaming around freely? How and what will I as a Muslim answer when others ask me about those incidences which I have mentioned earlier that goes unpunished but support the cause of taking actions against certain individuals? How can I as a Muslim differentiate my course of actions when Islam preaches fairness and equality to all? What kind of a Muslim would I be if I choose not to abide by the teachings and principles of Islam?

Mr. Admin, Islam preaches Qudwah Hasanah and allow me to remind myself and all of us that a good leader should not only preach but be a role model which is illustrated in Surah As Saf verse 2 – 3: “ O you who believe! Why do you say that which you do not do? Most hateful it is with Allah that you say that which you do not do.”

I’m confident and I believe that if the authority leads by example, consistent and fair and just in its actions then it would attract the rest of the rakyat to do the same Mr. Admin and if you were and are consistent and lead by example in your article then more will follow your footsteps.

Hope what I’ve shared could be benefited by you Mr. Admin and by us all insyallah. Just hope that you would be more consistent. Hope that Allah s.w.t. will bless and guide you always Mr. Admin. All good things are from Allah s.w.t and all bad things are my own doing. Gob bless and slm. :D

p/s: Allah s.w.t says: “And when you speak, then be just, though it be (against) a relative.” [Sûrah al-An`âm: 152] :|
